Akhil K. Agrawal
Principal
With more than three decades of commercial banking and business leadership experience, Akhil leads the financing and disposition of real estate assets for the firm. His expertise in finance, investment, and deal structure gives him a keen eye for untapped potential and opportunities to unlock value.

In 1993, Akhil co-founded the healthcare distribution company American Medical Depot (AMD) and led the company as President from 1993 to 2020. Under his leadership, AMD expanded its capabilities to include complex integrated delivery network supply chain solutions for acute healthcare, primary care and government health systems.
​
Over the past three decades, Akhil has had the honor of being appointed to several government commissions. He is an active member of, and has served in leadership roles in, myriad professional groups, corporate boards, and trade associations, including the Broward College Board of Trustees and American Heart Association. He is also active in philanthropy through the Agrawal Family Foundation.

Akhil earned his finance degree from the University of Florida and is currently a PhD candidate at Florida Atlantic University.

Sukrit Agrawal
Principal
With over three decades of real estate and leadership experience, Sukrit is an active investor and accomplished operator. From 1993 to 2020, Sukrit served as CEO of American Medical Depot, where he spearheaded the acquisition, operation, management, and disposition of several substantial distribution centers and industrial properties throughout the U.S. He has also been a capital partner and advisor in various private equity and real estate projects spanning the full spectrum of asset classes.

A practitioner and proponent of lifelong learning, Sukrit is dedicated to uplifting communities by increasing access to quality education. He is active in the Agrawal Family Foundation, which supports educational and technology-based initiatives around the world that enhance the health and well-being of women, children and those with special needs. Sukrit has served on the board of trustees for Florida International University and Nova Southeastern University. He is also active in the Miami Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization.

Sukrit earned his electrical engineering degree from Duke University and his MBA from Florida International University.
